Does the 3rd Infantry Regiment (Old Guard) have a separate Drill and Ceremony manual? If so, what it is?

I noticed that during the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknowns in Arlington the tomb guards seem to have modified some aspects of drill and ceremony.  For example;  facing movements are different, the salute looks strange, guards under arms go from present arms back to port arms.  Do they have a separate D&C manual?  If so, what it is?

The Old Guard has its own SOP for Drill and Ceremony. It is based off of the TC 3-21.5 but it is highly modified to give a more smooth looking, cleaner presentation.
