If it's worse than 20/50, you might be out of the running. Once the Air Force invests a lot of money into you making you a pilot, they may offer you lasik down the road to KEEP you flying, but there are plenty of smart college graduates with excellent vision who want to be pilots. See a recruiter to find out ALL of the qualifications to becoming a pilot.Response by Col Joseph Lenertz made Sep 22 at 2017 11:54 AM2017-09-22T11:54:04-04:002017-09-22T11:54:04-04:00SSgt Private RallyPoint Member2938691<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="167529" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/167529-92t0-pilot-trainee-47-ftw-19th-af">2d Lt Private RallyPoint Member</a> any word on this?Response by SSgt Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 22 at 2017 1:10 PM2017-09-22T13:10:15-04:002017-09-22T13:10:15-04:00MSgt Michael Bischoff2938830<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Check on the eyesight requirements for the drone pilots. I imagine there is some instruction for Navy pilots as well. The physical standards and requirements are similar.Response by LT Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 22 at 2017 5:17 PM2017-09-22T17:17:01-04:002017-09-22T17:17:01-04:002017-09-22T11:44:37-04:00
