To my knowledge, there is not a follow up procedure at this time Response by SGT Corey Franks made Apr 8 at 2015 1:11 PM 2015-04-08T13:11:04-04:00 2015-04-08T13:11:04-04:00 1SG Private RallyPoint Member 581282 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>At the risk of sounding PC, it depends.<br />Done correctly, a good RM Matrix can enhance the training experience while reducing the odds of losing training days (or worse) due to injuries that were preventable by taking some precautions.<br />Too often, we do the CRM sheet as if it were a check-th-box exercise, copied from last year's training, with about as much thought as filling out a 4187. This exercise is useless, and will be exposed when the leader gets asked questions in the aftermath of an accident.<br /><br />We as leaders have a duty to do it the right way.
