Tuition Assistance. Student Loan Repayment. And, if there is enough money in the State Budget for it, I understand some States offer 100% tuition. The folks at recruiting and retention are generally SMEs with any benefit available. There is some degree of tuition assistance offered to all ARNG members nationally, some states fund additional TA locally, I know in Maine we are able to attend public schools with 100% of tuition covered. You may also want to contact the education office in your state's JFHQ.
