GQ Magazine released an article entitled “F*×# Ben Carson” by controversial writer Drew Magary in order to gain attention and support from many liberal cosmopolitan readers, but the story has had the opposite effect on social media.

I believe that Ben Carson cares more about the Black population than the POTUS has ever cared. He wants to empower all people to become more and have better lives. He backs up his statements with facts and numbers. Sometimes they are not what people want to hear, but they are factual and he can prove it.

Clearly a racist article by a racist writer who doesn't want to see a black man as our next President.
This is the narrative we've heard for the last 8 years when anyone criticizes Pres Obama. There can be no other explanation for any criticism of Dr. Carson.

I'm confused. I have seen people on many social media sites, including here, bash the President on a myriad of issues, some of which having nothing to do with him and now when someone is giving an unfavorable opinion about a presidential candidate that many of you like NOW IT SHOULD BE RACIST!?!?

First and foremost, the author and the publication are clearly trying to draw attention. We are furthering that aim right now by indulging this hit piece with a discussion on it's merits.
Secondly, the commentary isn't even written well. It is a piece of throwaway vitriol, with little in the way of articulated point of view. It is just a bunch of "Ben Carson is bad".

Why does the left do this? Because a successful African American conservative is a threat. So is a successful businesswoman. Or one of the two Hispanics running. It belies the running narrative that the GOP is a party of "old white men" as well as the blatant pandering for a first female President. Meanwhile, the DNC runs nothing but...you guessed it... old white people.

How about we actually debate the issues, and keep the identity BS out of the process.

They have their right to say what they want regardless how thoughtless and bigoted... but it shows the kind of trash they will report to get attention... that said, I'd like to see a "F#ck Hillary" article to accurately gauge the level of hypocrisy

What else is GQ going to do? The left is desperate. They have no viable candidate. They must attack anyone who rises in the GOP polls and that's Ben Carson, the rising star.
