Does tower 22 qualify for the OIR campaign ribbon?

AR 600-8-22 will answer that question. I'm on my cell phone, otherwise I'd get that answer for you. NCOs won't know all the answers, but they should at least know where to look. And now...now you know where to look.

I finally got to my government computer. Within AR 600-8-22, Dated 5 March 2019, in section 2-19...you must be in the countries of Syria and Iraq....or in the waters of those countries within 12 nautical miles. I do not see Tower 22 listed. If Tower 22 is in Jordan, then the answer will be a NO.

Sorry bro, I was in Jordan too and parts of my unit was at Tower 22. All any of us got was GWOT expeditionary medal. Despite our orders saying OIR, MSG Private RallyPoint Member is right
