I've never heard of such an animal. but it sounds like it could be useful. I'm getting ready to PCS again and this would come in handy

As both a dependent and active duty member, use your command sponsorship program... Get to know the people there! The Army has had that system in place since I was a kid (well over 40 years). Every where we went, we had someone meet us or knew us, but ASA/INSCOM was different back then... Just saying, it’s alreafy in place, why re-create the wheel folks?!?!?
