CSM, I just think its kind of yellow to run to my CSM or BDE CDR unless something I did was way, way out of line! Always put positive pricipals first!

Yeah without a doubt some situations definitely warrant a jump up in the CoC or NCOSC, but most issues not only can, but should, be fixed at the lowest level. The way I was brought up in the Army is that Soldiers who needlessly go higher constantly have been disrespectful to the first line supervisor by not allowing him or her the opportunity to do their job. It drives me crazy when that happens now, probably because of that.
