YES - the Army Reserve has Drill Sergeants<br />2. YES - the curriculum is the same as for Active Duty<br />3. YES - you can split the Drill Sergeant Academy into two phases of about 30 days each OR just go for the brass ring and do the entire POI in one shot.<br />4. YES - RC Drill Segeants support all BCT/AIT/OSUT posts<br />5. YES - Being a Drill Sergeant is one of the most rewarding jobs the Army has to offer, in addition to being a HUGE career accelerant. Once you&#39;ve got that hat and badge, there&#39;s no question in anyone&#39;s mind about who you are or what you do for a living.<br />6. YES - You can do as many years as a Drill Sergeant as you want. Your ATs are usually trail time someplace.<br />7.
