And the military already give special consideration, it is called the married couples program, it may not be perfect but it exists.

It is the responsibility of the individual SM to decide what is more important to them their careers and job or their families, almost all will choose family so that is where the sacrifice of dual military comes into play for those who choose to stay in that situation and do their duty.
SFC James Baber Fri, 13 Dec 2013 17:24:44 -0500 2013-12-13T17:24:44-05:00 Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 10 at 2014 5:31 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/dual-military-how-does-it-effect-you?n=175033&urlhash=175033

I think they should give more consideration than they do during PCS cycles. There is a lot of dual military couples serving. The government saves a lot more money when they PCS a couple to the same duty location at the same time. They also save a lot when it comes to couples with dependents. I've seen too many couples (great troops) ETS because there was no consideration.
The military is doing a great job when it comes to deployment/field cycles.
