<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The move to the restricted file was an act of compassion. The 1059 is an official course record which is required in your file. I do not believe it can be removed. The fact that the CG restricted his letter made your path forward possible, so you think you should let off scot free?CSM Darieus ZaGaraSat, 04 Feb 2023 11:35:01 -05002023-02-04T11:35:01-05:00Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 4 at 2023 12:50 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Probably not, since the 1059 is the official record of your course performance.MSG Private RallyPoint MemberSat, 04 Feb 2023 12:50:03 -05002023-02-04T12:50:03-05:00Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 4 at 2023 12:50 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The good news is it's on the 1059 and less likely to not be looked at. It could have been on an NCOER.LTC Private RallyPoint MemberSat, 04 Feb 2023 13:06:19 -05002023-02-04T13:06:19-05:00Response by SGM Jeff Mccloud made Feb 4 at 2023 5:10 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>No.<br />Letters of reprimand, censure or admonition, and Article 15s can be moved to your restricted file.<br />AERs and OER/NCOERs are an accounting of your rated time and cannot be moved to your restricted file.<br /><br />On a centralized board, what that 1059 says will be weighed against what your 1059s for completing ALC and SLC say, and more importantly what your senior raters have said about you for the last 5 years.SGM Jeff MccloudSat, 04 Feb 2023 17:10:41 -05002023-02-04T17:10:41-05:002023-02-04T11:06:40-05:00
