Enlisted to officer

For enlisted to officer I know that there is a website and a instruction on how to do so, but I think real life experience from and officer who's sat a board would greatly help those who are enlisted and want to go officer out. I myself would like to know as well

What are you really looking for PO3 Private RallyPoint Member? There are many different programs you could apply for and many different areas you might be looking for information about. Your question seems a little vague and might be better if you are more specific about what you want to know.

PO3 Samantha Fergus, you probably already looked at the various programs on the Navy websites so I am certain you are a bit familiar with what to do.
As for advice, seek out the CWO's or LDO's at your base and ask them if you can talk to them about they steps they took to be where they are at now.
You will never know unless you ask and I am willing to bet there are several CWO's and LDO's available who would be more than willing to assist you.
