To my understanding a person enlisting in the ACASP program would fall under this enlistment program and be able to have option 19, just as they would option 40 or others. When signing contract, I would assume it would be &quot;enlistee request a duty station, career counselor checks availability and projection of graduation date and MOS qualified status, and sets ship out date to that&quot;. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
