If so, that could be why. More often than not, Pre-Basic Soldiers are not able to access until all IET is complete. If you are a graduate of AIT and still don't have access, call this number 1+ [login to see] (ARMY) – PRESS Option 2 Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 13 at 2015 6:18 PM 2015-11-13T18:18:43-05:00 2015-11-13T18:18:43-05:00 SFC A.M. That's what your NCO support channel is for.

If you're trying to sign on to a home computer with a cac reader you need to install a few things before hand to have your certs read. Go to militarycac.com for those specific details. Judging by the page you screenshotted, I'm guessing that you don't have the correct root certificates installed. Again, see militarycac.com. If that is not the issue, go under addons and disable shockwave flash, then clear your history, restart your browser and try again. In my experience every time enterprise fails to load, you MUST clear your history or it will continue to fail. It's hit or miss. I was using it for an hour on a computer at Andrew AFB flawlessly and now I keep getting the same error. The military really NEEDS to switch to GMAIL. It's much easier to use and no easier to hack than the current garbage they use now. I check my email as much as I am able to. Its useless overall but I'm sure there's a brilliant reason we have this, smh.
