Did the Air Force claim your injury existed prior to service. This happened to me. The doctor lied and said that I told him the injury was EPTS. After talking to people who were placed in Medical Hold, I'm finding out that this happened to a lot of other Airmen. I dont know if it incompetint or just they were ranked 500 of 500 of graduating class od doctors. My father was in 23 years and a kid most of the time my dad would fight to get us seen by civillian dr who would find and cure what they missed. When I went in and some airman tripped and knocked me down a flight of stairs let me tell u if my father wouldnt have helped me they were getting ready to boot me when I could hardly stand let alone walk..So the guy that was saying dr would do that I would say you need to talk to me I have 8 months of my career dealing with the same dr he says oh they would do that!!! I knew this was wrong but assumed anything a doctor told me was true. If internet access had existed then this would have been resolved long ago. I didn't have a condition before enlistment, but 3 weeks later in boot camp a traumatic brain injury led to epilepsy the rest of my life. That is not Unscrupulous nor fraud- they had nothing to benefit by putting you out- suggest you look up your definitions some more.
