While I feel this should be moot among the sexes and well as races, religions, etc. in how far we have progressed just within the last decade alone that this type of question would be moot, but in reality there are still issues that exist even with all the changes and improvements.

The new progress of woman being allowed and available into to combat MOSs show big strides and changes, but the true implementation even though mandated is going to be a near impossible task as the screening and the standards to make it happen have yet to be established and are far from it, so I am still not sure if it will come to fruition.

Even though woman being allowed into Infantry will eventually happen, the mentality and history of the Infantry will make the equal treatment aspect a hard change to see through for many, not saying it can't happen, but I don't see it happening overnight without many UCMJ and people being kicked out or forced out due to beliefs and traditions that will be hard to swallow and change.
SFC James Baber Fri, 03 Jan 2014 21:37:33 -0500 2014-01-03T21:37:33-05:00 Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 4 at 2016 3:56 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/equal-opportunity-vs-equal-treatment?n=1214642&urlhash=1214642

Too many people bitch and moan about things being unfair and wanting equal opportunity, when what they really want is equal outcome, regardless of the effort put in....
