I am not sure how best to phrase the question, but how does someone do reserve jobs OCONUS. I am active right now but am in the window of deciding what I want to do within the next 12 months. I spent many years stationed in Germany, but I am not tracking on how does one get back over there to serve in a reserve billet? Any insight would be helpful.

Quick update: Our numbers have grown substantially but we are still looking to fill some positions.
