Now, as far as processing it and uploading it into their OMPF I think that is a little much.<br /><br />A basic knowledge of the NCOER for Soldiers as they move through the junior enlisted ranks would be great development for them. A Soldier being counseled by their SGT team leader on Competence, Physical Fitness, Leadership, Training, Responsibility and Accountability and then having their SSG squad leader give them a couple bullet comments (senior rater) would be good development.<br /><br />Or counsel them monthly on a 4856 and then quarterly give them an Enlisted Evaluation Report on a 2166-8.
