Didn't even increase weight for water retention. It last a couple hours in the cellular level. I keep coming back to it hoping it will work for me if I used a different protocol from the ones I&#39;ve already tired before. <br /><br />I had great expectation in the beginning with all the press about it. Unfortunately, it doesn&#39;t work for everybody, and I&#39;m one of those people. I still have some left over in my cupboard from the last time I tried it a few years ago.
