As in the person has never been to Airborne school, or is it a punitive measure? Second, you won't be able to delete your own SQI. There are procedures in place to do it, and none of them are initiated by the soldier Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 4 at 2019 8:17 PM 2019-06-04T20:17:36-04:00 2019-06-04T20:17:36-04:00 MAJ Javier Rivera 4697409

That question rises too many eye brows! For instance, what is the justification for doing such a thing? Did the soldier failed to jump when required? Froze in the door as s/he was given the command “GO”?

No need to spill the soup here but you need to re-look your question. If is all about terminating jump status, that doesn’t require to remove the ASI from the records but a simple request and some BS that will come right at it! No need for a 4187. Sounds like you don’t want to jump anymore.
