Fake CSM selling to veterans in El Paso... how do we protect people from this business?

COL Sam Russell Has brought to my attention that there is a Poser in the mists of El Paso!!! Ofelia Webb whom works as a manager of Omni Military Loans claims to be a Ret. CSM. This MAY have been true if and only if CSM Ofelia Webb wasn't reduced in rank and sentenced to confinement after found guilty at her court martial (in which Col Russell and myself both attended) She was forced to retire as a SSG after found guilty in a extortion ring while she was in command of the 94th Brigade Support Battalion at FOB Rustimiyah Iraq during our rotation 07-09. Please help us bust her out and hold her accountable for her actions!!!!
In a "mission statement" on her Branches website she states:
“As a member of the Omni team, I understand military culture and realize the importance of not only establishing, but maintaining a relationship of trust and care with our customers.” -Ofelia Webb
I found that pretty knee Slapping Ironic! Please help us bust her out!

We all know that Omni is a shady business as it is, but if she is just a manager then she is just an employee and nothing we can really do about it. It's up to the institution to employ her and I am pretty confident they like her saying that she is a retired CSM.
I'd file a complaint with the BBB although they probably aren't a member.
File a complaint with the city business license issuing authority, although there probably won't be disciplinary action it will be part of public record.
Protest outside the establishment on public property. Speak to law enforcement and make them aware of your plans to do so and they can give you guidance on authorized place to protest.
Write a letter to the owner and the franchise.

Maybe contact the local investigative news team or consumer protection team and provide them the court documents and a link to the website and I'm sure they'll be happy to confront her for an interview. They love juicy stories like that. I'd also screen shot that webpage as I'm sure it will be soon changed.

The general manager at Omni Financial Military Loans, Ms. Webb is claiming to be a retired Command Sergeant Major on the companies official web page. Here is the link. https://www.omnimilitaryloans.com/location/el-paso-tx/
What you will find in this link is that this person is not a retired CSM and was actually reduced in rank to SSG and forced to retire after being found guilty of several charges to include abusing her command authority and running an extortion ring on the military base in Iraq. It is not doubt she is using her claim as a "retired CSM" to gain the trust of local service members in need of financial assistance. I think this is something that should be investigated and aggressively confronted. Ms. Webb should be afforded the opportunity to defend her claims on camera and explain her quote “As a member of the Omni team, I understand military culture and realize the importance of not only establishing, but maintaining a relationship of trust and care with our customers.”

Alright guys (and COL Sam Russell) I've notified the local investigative news channel(s) and as I have also been speaking with the Facebook page "Stolen Valor" and also contacted Omni themselves...We're getting our best foot forward. As you can probably already tell, this lady was HELL for a young enlisted soldiers that didn't fall prey to her bullshit, while others did. So maybe this IS my way of smiling back with my middle finger as high as it can be...This actually make me proud! While it has never been confirmed and I never really thought about it until the court martial, days after Webb allowed multiple local nationals on base without any background check what so ever, 1-66 Armor had arrived at our FOB. With in 3 days we had gotten mortared SO precisely that we had 4 mortars make dead on shots...I don't think this is coincidence! 3 of these boys were killed within a week of being on our FOB. If it was or was not Webb's doings we will never know but something tells me it wasn't just random that out of the 6 years our FOB was stood up...not ones did we get attacked to spot on...until then. I hold this pretty personal even more so because I know that I and 15 other soldiers in my battalion had to stay an extra 3 months after everyone else left and was at home with their families because these worthless individuals needed baby sat. I beg of you guys...if you can make this a big deal, I will forever be in your debt.

Any update on this? We shouldn't let Ms. Webb continue to get away with the lies. We cannot allow her to influence our soldiers and be involved it their financing given her currupt history and financial abuse.

I think in addition to SSG Robert Burns fine email. See if the business is connected with a Chamber of Commerce or Business association in El Paso. If so, a letter like what the good SSG emailed would be in order. Aof Commerce take membership in their organizations seriously and only want reputable businesses as members.
I would also contact every VFW, AL, AmVets, VietNow, and every veteran's group in El Paso and let them them know as well.

I hope Col Russell recovered from her treason.
