If you aren’t alread progreassed as a crew member, be ready to work hard once you start, you fall under the active duty Reg for progression deadlines, and have to make RL1 much quicker than your traditional counterparts. 2LT Private RallyPoint Member Sun, 28 Jan 2018 21:11:07 -0500 2018-01-28T21:11:07-05:00 Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 28 at 2018 9:12 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/fellow-agr-what-would-be-your-advice-to-a-future-readiness-nco-of-a-small-aviation-unit?n=3302166&urlhash=3302166 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Get to know DTMS, ITRS and ATRRS. Whoever said DTMS, DTS, and RCAS UPS, those are big ones to be sharp with no matter where you are going.
