<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you haven&#39;t figured out how bureaucracies work after a few years in the military, then you aren&#39;t paying attention ☺.<br /><br />Selection boards often have to go through a lengthy &quot;post-selection&quot; review to ensure that there aren&#39;t issues with who was selected and to staff the selection board recommendations up through leadership for approval.<br /><br />So February is probably when your selection board is adjourning and &quot;After February&quot; is however fast the speed of bureaucracy works for your direct commissioning process (there are multiple direct commissioning programs with their own process).

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I&#39;m gonna be blunt here. If they say &quot;After February&quot; then that means AFTER the month of February. Not during. After. As in, March at the earliest. It does NOT mean eternity. It means that at some point, AFTER FEBRUARY, the list will be released. So, I recommend you chill and Charlie Mike until the list is released. Otherwise you are going to stress yourself out for no reason.

Next, you are probably going to be notified in some way before a public list of selectees is widely available. <br /><br />If the list itself is your first source of data for the selection results then you are probably not on that list.
