Even after I've left the military now, I still go to the gym about 5 days a week, try to do cardio a few days a week. So keep the standards high, it'll show during unit PT when everyone else wants to quit!Response by CPT Robert S. Then after the work day it's off to Krav Maga training.<br /><br />Even if it had snowed (used to live in the North East) I would find a way to do something.
