You know the needs of the people in the halls because you were there. Currently the VAs are woefully understaffed but have finally received the go ahead to hire and fill many empty positions. It adds to your pension. You can be a janitor, nurse, take a certified nurses assistant class and join a care team. There may be direct skills you have that match vacancies, the long wait times will continue until the positions are filled. Why not you?
