I am applying to flight school and I have submitted my packet for this past board. I received an email for corrections and completed those. After submitting the corrections a few days later I received an email stating, "The Warrant Officer Recruiting Company thanks you for your warrant officer application correction(s) submission. The correction(s) have been implemented; your packet is with Proponent pending qualification." and I am wondering what exactly does that mean (is it good to go for this upcoming board or are they still waiting on things?)

It sounds like to me, you packet is going to the board. It says “pending qualification” because if you look at the prior board results, it’s like, qualified-select, qualified-nonselect (first time not selected), not qualified-nonselect (second time not selected).

Good luck!

I took the sift a few weeks ago. This link helped me as well as study guides that you can order from Amazon.

All packets are reviewed by the Proponent, including mine. If you did not submit any waivers it wont be long until your packet sees a board. This is where they check and make sure you meet all the requirements prior to submitting to the board. You’ll be fine. Good luck and Hope to see you soon here in lower Alabama!
