Hello and welcome. While the prior mentioned do not raise any red flags in DoDI 6130.03, your retina issue may be cause for disqualification.
Under disqualifying conditions:
d. Retina. Any history of any abnormality of the retina, choroid, or vitreous.

Okay SSG I got surgery for my retinapothy and it basically stitched up the holes would they be able to find it and then disqualify me I haven’t told my recruiter about the surgery. What do you think in your opinion?

If it’s in your records, they will find out. If you don’t tell them, are allowed to enlist, then it’s found out, you will be discharged and not allowed to join. Best course of action is to tell them, get the records, and let an ophthalmologist decideTristan Chavez

Tristan Chavez - if it's in your records, they'll find out sooner or later. If you don't tell them and enlist and they find out later then you're looking at fraudulent enlistment which comes with a dishonorable discharge and 2 years in prison

SSG (Join to see) yes SSG but the records do not exist anymore due to them being 10 years old and we have tried retrieving them but they destroyed them. We put it in the DD2809 under the comments.

That is going to be up to MEPS and the Doctors and specialists there. A waiver is crap shoot. It is them saying we could or we could not and weighing the pros and cons. A waiver is not a guarantee, merely someone showing you that this is the door but whether it is unlocked or not for you...
