First, since I was unfamiliar with the current term, I looked up financial liability investigation for property loss (FLIPL).<br />In the 20th century before the PC was used, we relied on paper products entirely and took statements from anybody involved in a property loss which could include line of duty aspects.<br />We also used the microfiche capability to determine the &quot;book value&quot; of the property and considered total loss versus damage to the items(s) to help determine replacement cost or repair costs to determine whether the item was salvageable.<br />Can you help answer the question? <a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="138758" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/138758-col-mikel-j-burroughs">COL Mikel J. I did my findings first then numbered the Annexes in the order in which they were referenced.
