I ran 13 mins consistently up until running was not able to be preformed. Walked 25min 2.5 miles after. Squts/Deadlifts up to +-500lbs. Average was in the low to mid 14s. At that time, I squatted and deadlifted in the mid 3s (365-385 squat, 355-375 dead) and weighed between 165-175lbs. My best 2 mile is 12:27 and average around 13:30 currently. My deadlift is 575lbs and squat is 465lbs. I’ve been competing in bodybuilding for 10 years and was actually Mr Michigan a few years ago. Ran 14:15 this week on my APFT. My best raw squat is 315# and best deadlift is 375# (December 2016), and my best 2mi since beginning powerlifting is 13:58 (October 2016).
