For Green to Gold active duty option, are time in service waivers hard to get approved?

I am a 17c . I plan on applying to the green to gold active duty option after being at my unit for one year. My only concern is that I will need a time in service waiver due to my AIT being 54 weeks long. Are these waivers hard to get approved?? Any heads up on the chances of getting TSO waiver?

I've seen SFCs with over 10 years in get picked up on G2G ADO. If your packet is strong and you are a competitive candidate, it should not be an issue as long as you're under 12 years
