For NCOs that are on a permanent profile and being looked at for SFC, do you still average out the P/U and S/U or how should it be scored?

So the guidance above is for SGT and SSG promotion boards. Under chapter 4 of that AR (Centralized promotion boards) I wasn't able to find anything.

My apologies. Was your question referring to reflection on the NCOER or the ERB?
Per FM 7-22, it only shows to score P/U and S/U as normal, and reflect GO/NO-GO for the alternate event. Then the combined APFT score is just the exact total of P/U and S/U.
For centralized promotions, there is no promotion point system, so there is no need to convert PT Scores. The board will see your profile and APFT score, and judge accordingly.
I will remove my previous screenshot once I get to my office, to reduce confusion for others.
