I know RMA's used to be handed down by higher command or we could request them and hope they approved them. AT is based on mission and training time allotted to that unit.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made May 30 at 2018 7:32 AM2018-05-30T07:32:46-04:002018-05-30T07:32:46-04:001SG Private RallyPoint Member3671414

The military contact stipulates that you will get 2 weeks of AT. beyond that will depend 8 your unit mission, and ready force status.

If your unit MACOM provides additional funding for training, the need has to be justified. If you are looking for additional work, I suggest either looking for a tour of duty, or at least taking with your training/ops NCO to see if there are some days available and what you can bring to the table.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made May 30 at 2018 12:10 PM2018-05-30T12:10:42-04:002018-05-30T12:10:42-04:00CW5 Private RallyPoint Member4426949

Placeholder until tomorrow, when I get to work as there is quite a bit of incorrect information posted so far, in fact every post so far is incorrect.Response by CW5 Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 6 at 2019 11:30 PM2019-03-06T23:30:58-05:002019-03-06T23:30:58-05:00LTC John Shaw4428503

The funding is based on where the unit is in the ARFORGEN cycle, meaning when does the unit get deployed. Closer to deployment, more money is allocated to the Command at the top of the funding tree. It may or may not get down to the individual units: Company or Detachment level.
Most planning is based on 48 MUTA or 4 UTA per weekend 48 divided by 4 = 12 weekends.
There is an Army Regulation, look at Chapter 3 of Army Regulation 135–200.
https://armypubs.army.mil/epubs/DR_pubs/DR_a/pdf/web/ARN3750_AR135-200_WEB_Final.pdf

Also, talk to your S-1 as USARC, G1 sends out every FY any limitations or changes. I just don’t have it on hand (I think the one I last saw was 2020) unless you wanna email me at [login to see] .
