For the reconnaissance leaders out there, what is your opinion of the Army Reconnaissance Course?

Do you reconnaissance leaders know what it is or provides?Is the course to difficult or to easy?Looking for feedback, thank you for your opinion

This is something I was interested in a about 10 years ago, I would be interested in the responses you get as well, thanks for sharing and posting, I hadn't thought about this as a topic before now.

Here is the course profile:

The
Army Reconnaissance Course (ARC) is a physically and mentally challenging 27
day course. Using Adaptive Soldiers
Leader’s Training & Education Methodology, students develop higher level
fundamental skills at Recon, Surveillance, & Security operations while
developing leader qualities such as confidence, accountability, initiative,
judgment, awareness, and risk management.

The course is open to Active Army/Marine and Reserve Component Noncommissioned
Officers and Commissioned Officers in Armor (AR), Infantry (IN), Engineers
(EN), Aviation (AV), Military Intelligence (MI), Field Artillery (FA); Signal
(SC), & Chemical (CM). Allied officers commissioned in Armor, Infantry, or
Cavalry Branches.

I am currently on a wait status for the APR to MAY RSLC course. From what I heard its a challenging course up front but once you master the physical the other aspects come together.  That being said, not looking forward to the 15k land nav or the 5 & 7 mile ruck runs.

I would have been all over it. Then, all my troops would have been all over it after they were voluntold.
