For the Sponsorship Program, I have filled out the document on career tracker website. How long does it take for the sponsor to finish?

That normally depends on the unit and how on point they are on making sure incoming Soldiers get a sponsor. If it gets closer to you PCSing and still no Sponsor than I would let me command know and maybe they will be able to contact the unit if you know where you are going.

Reach out to whomever is assigned once you see it. I was assigned a sponsor to my old unit while I was in AIT reclassing. I didn’t know I was a sponsor until the solider reached out to me. Q

Bug the crap out of the new unit if no sponsor. Some policies will require you to have a sponsor in order to clear post. If the new unit does not get to you, you can tell your Chain of Command and they should be able to make things happen. You should also receive a welcome letter through email. Also, you can get their number somewhere online like Facebook and call the BDE or BN S1. It's a commanders program so incoming commanders should enforce it.

SPC Private RallyPoint Member ... I didn't even know there was a sponsorship program on the Army Career Tracker site. Good info & I'll have to check it out.
