I am now a full time real estate agent in Georgia. I think that I can personally attribute my military experience to my job. Being an entrepreneur, if I didn't have the leadership and discipline that the military taught me, I wouldn't be able to succeed as a business owner. I can directly thank the skills from the military for my success in real estate.

What say you?

Well, I just stab people all day long and suck the life out of them one vial at a time, thanks to my medic training.

SSG (Join to see) - Sadly, my work doesn't give me IV stuff to play with. And, I will never admit that I used IV's to cure hangovers in the barracks..........

I served in Aviation Logistics, with tours as an Embassy Guard, and as a Recruiter. In retirement, I'm a full time fireman. Ya do what makes you happy!

Time management. Discipline, the IT skills I learned in the Army have served me well, also my time on Recruiting Staff helped me develop self confidence and public speaking skills. All of which are very applicable to what I do in civilian life.
