Given events in our country & around the world, what 3 things would you tell a room full of the opposite gender that they should be focused?

Based upon the current events in our country and around the world, what would you suggest a room full of people of the same sex as you as their top 3 items to focus on in 2017?

I am looking specifically for man to men and woman to women answers, but open to opposite gender responses.
