However I got the chance to hop on a deployment with another unit. Since then I have changed my mind on my transfer to active. So I am wondering what is the &quot;point of no return&quot; I don&#39;t know if the release was ever approved or probably post-poned. Considering it gets approved, can I just never bring the complete form back to my recruiter? I have messaged my NCOIC,but due to time differences I won&#39;t hear back in a few hours and thought I may get a quicker response here. Form 368 - What happens if I change my mind on switching from reserve to active during the process? 2021-07-08T01:40:42-04:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 7094223 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So around November 2020 my 368 form was being sent up my chain of command. It&#39;s a conditional release, meaning you are only released on the condition that you enlist in another branch. If you don&#39;t, then you aren&#39;t released.
