Form 368 - What happens if I change my mind on switching from reserve to active during the process? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/form-368-what-happens-if-i-change-my-mind-on-switching-from-reserve-to-active-during-the-process <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So around November 2020 my 368 form was being sent up my chain of command. However I got the chance to hop on a deployment with another unit. Since then I have changed my mind on my transfer to active. So I am wondering what is the &quot;point of no return&quot; I don&#39;t know if the release was ever approved or probably post-poned. Considering it gets approved, can I just never bring the complete form back to my recruiter? I have messaged my NCOIC,but due to time differences I won&#39;t hear back in a few hours and thought I may get a quicker response here. It&#39;s a conditional release, meaning you are only released on the condition that you enlist in another branch. If you don&#39;t, then you aren&#39;t released.
