Union is easier. There is a book answer for most everything. <br /><br />Overall I didn't really see a lot of difference. But, I know there can be. <br /><br />So, I would say it depends on the situation. It can be good or bad. Not sure that I would be Cut Out for "Union" but having served on 2 Nuclear Ships Built and Maintained in the Shipyard by Union Folks, I respect the Quality of their Work and their glowing safety record in the Shipyards that I was in.
