There is not a BRC2 card- the BRC course is your basic rider course and you only do it once, it is valid for 1 year. During the year as your skills get better you enroll in the ERC (cruisers or standard) or the MSRC (for sport bikes) course and it is valid for 3 years. Fort Hood has a lot of riders and very strict to ensure riders are in tolerance and have all paper work. Good Luck and enjoy the Great Place.
