I think the FRG should have more of a role sponsoring new families. Most times an officer's wife leads the FRG. If the FRG had a full time employee that had most the answers or the RIGHT contacts a lot of planning and direction would go smoother. We have to sponsor new soldiers but families have to most times wade through the swamp of post rules. However, I think that this can be fixed without throwing large quantities of money at it. Accountability of people with certain jobs pertaining to this needs to be enforced.
