Funniest PCS moving moment?

Im in the middle of my first PCS DItty Move and have had alot of comedy so far so it made me wonder, whats the funniest moving moment youve have while in the military? kinder moving Co. Lol my wife is the redhead lol he friend is the blond and my mom you can barely see

In the middle of my PCS to where I am at right now. My wife and I stayed the night at a hotel and were leaving it and getting on the highway. I am in the lead with the U-Haul towing my car while she is trailing behind with the other vehicle. As we are finishing the onramp to merge, I look up and see mom and dad Canadian geese with their ducklings, taking their sweet time crossing across a 4 lane highway as if we are not there and right in front of me. I slammed on my brakes, partly because I would have felt at tad bit guilty and partly because I didn't want to clean bird guts and feathers off the U-Haul. Damn Canadian geese.

Try traveling on the other side of the world on profile and with 8 bags on a plane. As soon as I got out of a cast on my leg, I got shipped to Korea. I walked with a cane, a hurt leg and 8 heavy bags and no help through security checkpoints. What got me miffed was the fact I also had to give up the cane and limp through those gates just to make sure I wasn't going to blow up the plane!

I have two.

1) My aunt was benevolent enough to drive with me from my home state to my first duty station in Dec/Jan. As we unpacked, the apartment was so cold because the utilities had not been turned on yet. Exhausted from the eight hour drive, we were ready to melt into the inflatable mattress. I plugged it in, and nothing happened. I looked at the directions, and it said, "Charge eight hours before use. Twelve hours before first use." So we basically slept on the floor using our coats as blankets. So she returned about a month later with my parents, she wrote, "Plug it in! Plug it in!" I knew exactly what she meant. You don't make that mistake twice!

2) When I was moving overseas in three weeks notice, I was super stressed. My orders were taking their sweet time to be cut, and I was anxious about getting out of my lease on time to not owe an extra month and the movers said that they weren't coming until after I was already supposed to be overseas! After the movers came and packed up all of my stuff and left,I realized that there were some items that shouldn't have been put into storage. Having to handle all of us alone while I am still in trial for work and having no idea what to do or who to call, my XO helped me figure this out. As I drove up to the movers, I explained what I needed to do. My 24 boxes of stuff from my one-bedroom apt were packed into four large boxes. I ended up opening 21 out of the 24 boxes before I found what I needed. I offered the employee t$8, which was all that I had in my wallet. He politely refused my offer and said, "You weren't the first person that this happened to, and you won't be the last!!"

Both events were very upsetting at the time, but enough time has passed that they
make me laugh now.

my wife throwing a broom like an Olympic javelin from my house to my truck, she would have easily medaled after I didn't finish sweeping the garage. Apparently I left a small debris pile, lol! That was in 2008!

Moving from our first duty station from Italy to El Paso was a huge pain in the rear , two kids and apparently a rabbit I couldn't get out of bringing. I learned a lot in the four years there however wasnt prepared in the least to give up our home , get rid of half of our stuff and go live in a hotel for six weeks while waiting for a house to open up. So hard explaining that to two young children while to grasp this myself.
