The best boot is highly subjective. Both of the boots you mentioned are excellent, I would probably go with the One Xeros over the Garmonts.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 21 at 2020 3:24 PM2020-02-21T15:24:49-05:002020-02-21T15:24:49-05:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member5585412<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I love the Garmonts. I think I put over 1000 miles on my pair before the shoe laces snapped and I decided it was just time to replace them. I switched to Danners though, and Danners have been the most comfortable out of the box boot i've worn so far. I've had them for about a month now and they're still insanely comfortable and form fitting to my feet.Response by SPC Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 21 at 2020 3:44 PM2020-02-21T15:44:59-05:002020-02-21T15:44:59-05:00CPT Private RallyPoint Member5592591<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I used T8NFS through bolc, ranger, ABN operations, and day-to-day wear. Love them, they come broken in pretty much out the box. Only downside is they take a good while to dry, and the laces that come with them get caught on everything in the wood line.Response by CPT Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 23 at 2020 7:22 PM2020-02-23T19:22:46-05:002020-02-23T19:22:46-05:00MSgt Private RallyPoint Member6235089<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I've rucked about 400 miles now in mt Garmonts and they are great. Very light and pliable. It took me a little longer to break mine in since I have orthotic inserts I use for my feet. After that period I no longer get blisters. They are great for everyday/work use as well.Response by MSgt Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 22 at 2020 11:24 PM2020-08-22T23:24:17-04:002020-08-22T23:24:17-04:002020-02-21T14:53:01-05:00
