I just recently got my orders to Germany. I am a single soldier who will be PCSing to Germany unaccompanied. My orders state i am to report April 2023, and leave country April 2026. Thats a 3 year tour.
To my knowledge and according to AR 614–30, the tour length should be 2 years.
Does anyone have any up to date information on changed tour lengths? or has my orders been cut improperly?

Single Soldiers to Face Longer OCONUS Tours
Army officials are looking to decrease the costs of moving families.
The tour length was changed to three years for all Soldiers on 14 June 2019.
Also, your tour would have been three years no matter what. all Soldiers will serve an unaccompanied tour unless they are leaving dependents behind - single Soldiers do the unaccompanied tour
