If your records are lost not through your fault, you’ll need to hire an attorney to challenge the BA in court to receive compensation for presumptive claims based on again written proof of your assignments and locations during the times the presumption cites.

Might need a lawyer to pursue presumptive causes for medical conditions exacerbated by years of non-treatments.
