Based upon the current events in our country and around the world, what would you suggest a room full of people of the same sex as you as their top 3 items to focus on in 2017?

I am looking specifically for man to men and woman to women answers, but open to opposite gender responses.

Given that I am not so presumptuous to tell anyone what they should and should not be focused on, I wouldn't tell them anything.

The thing I would say to a room of men, is that if they don't start acting like men, the Nation and World is in trouble.
Men have sat quiet, because that is what we were raised to do. To be gentlemen BUT we have sat quiet while masculinity has been attacked. Look at these sadsacks whining and protesting? What are they really protesting? Life being unfair and not getting their way? What would a man say to their child for throwing fit and pouting in public? Since they babies do not have a man in their life to tell them to knock it off...other men need to step for the other boy's failures.

I would tell another woman the same exact thing I would tell a man. Work hard in everything you do. A good work ethic goes a long way. Never make excuses for yourself.

1. Hold on a second while I get someone else to join us. (Never put yourself in a position where anyone can accuse you of anything, male or female).
