Going from National Guard to Active Duty with a signed 368. Will I be a MOS-T in AIT for reclass?

If you are going Active Duty with an already given MOS but will be going to another AIT to reclass, then yes you will be going as MOS-T. As for the rest of your question, a lot of it will depend on the Cadre. The Cadre will try to keep you from being housed with the rest of the IETs (but sometimes strange things happen) but you will train with them. You shouldn't have to deal with the smokery.
