Going to EFMB in a couple of days. Any advice and tips?

I am going to EFMB in a couple of days. I've been training and studying for it. any advice that I may get from those who have went?

get the most up-to-date 350 - 10

during standardization week pay attention to how they standardized any gray area on the 350 - 10

during test week any no go that is not on the 350 - 10 and did not cause injury to the fake patient or the person pretending to be a patient must be rebutted

take care of your body or you will be surprised by the amount of performance you will lose in your ruck at the end. I've seen many candidates fail or almost fail just because of not being physically prepared.

know how to land nav on the type of terrain you're going to see and be confident in your techniques
