Mostly Cardio now, the "get big" part is done enough for me. I walk for miles and miles on the treadmill on an uphill incline watching a movie now....! Try to keep the heart rate above 140 as much as possible. I am running 215-220 #'s and feel good. I am almost double the 30 YR mark and that is a recent picture (lost weight since) Going to take a nap now, way too much typing.

Funny but when I was a Personal Trainer I had a rough time getting young women to try weight training ..They all were not into "getting big" but I kept trying to explain that using light weights and doing high reps will not make you bigger. But none of these women would listen to me so we just went with all cardio, all the time.

I began to increase more running and less weight lifting at 30 & 2 years later I lost 30Lbs but could still hold one of my little rascals in one hand. BTW he hates this photo
