I think that by the time this is all said and done there will be no need for an official reduction in force. I think it will reduce itself with no outside influence because people are going to feel like there is no incentive to stick around, or maybe even join to begin with.

I have no doubt believing this even if it were posted to the duffle bog satire site. Looks like another tool to cut numbers and assist in gutting our countries defense and making way for the New World Order everyone is claiming to be a conspiracy.

And honestly, who would want to hang around for 20 plus years if our retirement which isn't that great anyway is gutted even more?

I retire in 2020 and I have pretty much come to the conclusion that I will try not to do any more than that if possible.
